KroyaMall ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using KroyaMall, you consent to the practices described here.

2. Data We Collect

Automatically collected

• Usage data: pages visited, time on page, browser type, IP address, referring URL
• Device data: device type, operating system, screen resolution
• Cookies & local storage: session identifiers, cart state, preferences

Provided by you

• Buyers: email address, name (at checkout); payment data is processed directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers
• Sellers: email, business name, payout information, product content

3. How We Use Your Data

• Process and fulfill orders (deliver download links, send receipts)
• Operate and improve the Platform
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, download links)
• Analyze aggregate usage to understand how KroyaMall is being used

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Meta Pixel Disclosure

KroyaMall uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel ID: 939890148959866) on all pages. This tool tracks page views, checkout initiations, and completed purchases, and sends hashed purchase data to Meta for ad measurement and optimization. You can opt out at facebook.com/privacy.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and browser local storage for session management, cart state, and anonymous analytics identifiers. No tracking cookies are used for third-party advertising beyond the Meta Pixel disclosed above.

• Render / Neon — cloud hosting and database infrastructure

7. GDPR & Your Rights (EEA/UK Residents)

If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@polsia.app. We respond within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

We retain transaction data for 7 years to comply with financial regulations. Account data is deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. Report security concerns to security@polsia.app.

10. Children

KroyaMall is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
