KroyaMall stands behind every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a digital product you bought on our Platform — for any reason — you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

Most digital marketplaces refund you minus their platform fee. We do not. KroyaMall absorbs the platform fee on every refund. You get back every dollar you spent.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email refunds@polsia.app with your order email and order details
  2. We will confirm your refund request within 24 hours
  3. The refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
