Our Commitment

KroyaMall stands behind every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a digital product you bought on our Platform — for any reason — you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

Most digital marketplaces refund you minus their platform fee. We do not. KroyaMall absorbs the platform fee on every refund. You get back every dollar you spent.

How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@polsia.app with your order email and order details
We will confirm your refund request within 24 hours
The refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
Refunds apply to purchases made directly through KroyaMall checkout
Accounts with a pattern of obvious bad-faith behavior may be reviewed

For Sellers

When a refund is processed, the payout for that transaction is reversed. KroyaMall covers the platform fee portion — the Seller is only responsible for returning the net amount they received.
